Indiana Division of Aging provides a broad range of in-home and community based services to older adults and persons of
all ages with disabilities. Maintain the local Area Agencies on Aging (AAA), Adult Protective Services program, provides
oversight for CHOICE and the medical model medicaid waivers through the local AAA.
Money Follows the Person Demonstration (MFP Program) is a special project developed by the federal government to
assist Hoosiers moving from a nursing facility or hospital to a residential setting in the community.
